I have a 62825 Mitsubishi Diamond Series TV. We replaced the bulb about
6 weeks ago and all of a sudden the screen flickers. The screen will jump or flicker every couple seconds. This happens on all HD and local channels, and also while playing video games. Please help!

Re: screen flickers on Mits 62825
Question one.. is there and audible whine like a bad motor.. THIS could be a color wheel. this mechanical wheel provide the color for the set. This is the first possiblity for the symptoms you describe

There is something I remember and it may be the model you have---Mitsubishi can tell you or you can look for yourself----a few models made at about the time this set was made had 2 mirrors----one a tiny one that faces up and reflects the picture into the large rear mirror.
Dumb idea--the little mirror gets coated with dust and brightness drops up to 70%---
The safe and correct way to know is to remove the entire front screen with its frame---both mirrors (if yours has 2) will be easy to see.
The large mirror hangs at a angle and down so it never gets dirty--don't even think of touching it or using glass cleaner on it--any mark on it will show in the picture.
let me know if you want to remove screen unit to see if one mirror or two---a call to mitsubishi would answer that.
If the green front panel LED blinks continuously and the TV never comes on, its an issue with the "DM" board. When these TVs are first plugged in, the green LED should blink for 30 sec. to a minute or so. This is the TV booting up, reading its software. Mitsubishi has been having problems with this circuit for several years. In may cases the only permanent solution is to have the chassis rebuilt by Mitsubishi at considerable cost and inconvience. The chassis may have to be sent back to Mits for this rebuild. Call Mits and ask for help.
You will need to contact a Mitsubishi Authorized repair facility. The entire electronics package must be removed and sent back in to Mitsubishi. The problem is the Formatter circuit board which is no longer available as a replacement part. The repair cost is very expensive and must be quoted by the facility you contact not me. Expect 4-6 weeks turnaround.
I fortuneatly bought a 4 yr warranty from Best Buy on my Mits. same thing happened with the blue screen fuzzy white diamond. The geek squad techie showed me the 2 capacitors that go bad on the power board and he ordered them and once they were replaced the TV worked perfect again. I have 2 weeks left on the warranty, so i'm calling them today to get my last free bulb(screen is kinda darkening, kinda) hopefully i can convince the technician. This was one warranty that bad for itself.
if you have any electronic skills you can replace these capacitors yourself, once you get into the guts of your unit.
