When I switch the machine on the heating light comes on and all the lights start flashing in sequence. After about 3 minutes they stop flashing and I'm unable to make coffee. Sometimes they start flashing again, but only intermitently. I've tried plugging the unit into different outlets and still have the same problem.

cofeepot shuts off after 1,2,or 3, cups of coffee. Makes a loud snap and shuts off. You can turn it one and ti will go onand do the same thing or will shut off after one cup. Hve tried every thing I kow but still does it. What can you tell me to help this problem go away? Thanks Robert Allen
