click on this link and try installing the software for your printer

If installation will not proceed open task manager by right clicking on the task bar and selecting task manager. click on processes and look for "wrapper.exe" click on it and end process. The installation should continue as normal. please notify me when there is no progress or any problems with the installation so that i can give you other solutions
