The unit is working but there is no cooling on both compartment, is there an evaporator in this unit where is it located? the indicator says that the compresor is running and the setting temperature is 55 deg farenhiet but after a while the display will come to 85 deg farenhiet is this normal?

If evaporator starts to freeze up the ice accumulated serves as an insulator and the temps go up. If you turn it off and let ice buildup melt the unit will work fine again until it refreezes.
Check if unit has a device to prevent ice build up. If so, it is not working. If warm moist air is entering the area of evaporator coil, that could also be causing the buildup.
Beeping usually indicates that something has gone wrong. Probably not cooling properly. The water coming out would indicate that the unit has defrosted. Turn the unit back on again and see if the red side is cooling properly. Some wine fridges have independent evaporators which allows different cooling temps in different parts of the cabinet.
As you must be aware there are individual fans in both the compartments. Check if the fan is running in the compartment not cooling. If not, check the wires / connection of fan or replace the fan. If the fan is working than the issue may be with the THERMO ELECTRIC ELEMENT. you'll need to replace it.
Some dual temperature wine coolers build up frost in the rear and top of
the main compartment. Check the defrost timer, located either inside
the main compartment near the light, or outside on the back of the wine
cooler near the compressor. Look in the owner's manual for the correct
settings for the defrost timer and adjust yours as needed. Make sure
that you have the wine cooler in a spot where the outside temperature
remains at or near room temperature to reduce frost buildup.
All coolers produce water as a result of condensation which occurs when air is cooled. The water appears upon the radiator (technically called the evaporator) inside the cold area of the cooler. When the water drips off of the radiator, it is caught by a pan which may or may not be a removable piece. The pan should lean toward the rear of the cooler and the water should pour into a drain tube. The drain tube should lead down into the compressor area of the cooler and deposit the water into another pain which is outside of the cooler where it should evaporate back into the air. Sometimes "cardboard" fins are used to help the water evaporate. Sometimes a pan with a huge surface area is used to help the water evaporate. Other times the pan is literally on top of the compressor. Make sure the cooler itself is level. Make sure room air is able to move over the pan where the water is supposed to evaporate. Make sure the drain hose is not clogged. Make sure pans are not leaking.
Feel the condenser on the side to if its warm top to bottom. If It's warm good if it's cool bad it's out of gas. That means leak in the system. If there is a leak, a new box may be cheaper than to fix it. If it is warm check the evaporator and evaporator fan. Make sure the fan is working and the evap-coil is not frozen. I hope this helps.
I believe the 6SBAR has an evaporator fan located behind the evaporator plate ( the cooling plate) inside the unit. They had some issues with the bearings in those fans failing and will sound like a small jet engine sometimes (high pitched whine). When you hear the noise, open the door and if the noise level changes (either gets louder or goes away) then it is the evaporator fan. If your noise is coming from the compressor area and does not change when you open the door, it is most likely the condenser fan blade is loose. The evaporator fan looks like a small computer cooling fan and is located near the bottom center of the evaporator plate (out of site). The factory sells a replacement kit with a much better fan and new power supply. You can reach them at 800-223-3900. Good-luck.
First check the grating over the fan in the back. If it is covered
with dust, there won't be enough air flow and the unit won't cool.
Clean the dust off and see if it cools back down. It may take a long
time to cool down if it is full of wine, so I recommend taking the wine
out to test if it works.
