You need to re download the drivers for your crystal eye web cam. Go to this link:http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers When
you get there, select "Notebook"...then select "Aspire". Then scroll
down and select Aspire 3680. Then where you see "Operating System",
select your operating system (ex: XP, Vista, or Windows 7). It will
then show all the drivers for your operating system...scroll down until
you see the camera driver software and then download and reinstall it.
Hopefully this will help...good luck.
If you are referring to your camera, try to download the drivers from the company web site and re-install them. If the web cam came installed on your Acer laptop you will need to go to the Acer web site. Click (HERE) for your drivers. If that does not work, let me know. I will need more information.
