Question about PfaFF Creative 7570

Low contrast on screen

I can barely make out the characters on the screen. I have replaced the batteries with no improvement. I can find no information in the Instruction Manual. Any ideas??

Look for a small turning wheel underneath the green and pink selection knobs. Turn it anticlock wise for a darker image and clockwise for a lighter image. Enjoy!

How do i fix the screen on my pfaff 2140 creative sewing machine?

Unfortunately it probably needs a new logic board.
Not cheap.

The screen is blank on my 7570 embroidery machine

Look around the screen and see if there is a contrast adjustment knob. It might be on the side of the machine or on the top of the machine or under the screen. It is possible the the contrast of the machines screen is off. If that is not the issue it might be a loose cable inside the machine or it could be something more serious.

Letter characters won't change

You need to re-calibrate the touch screen. It is in the settings menu to reset touch screen. Done.

How to get screen on? Light is on and new batteries, just not screen

Check for a contrast knob. It will be on the right end of the machine or around the bottom edge of the screen. If not you will need to have a Pfaff technician look at it.

I have the pfaff 2042 and my screen is so faded I can hardly see it--this just happened today. Is there anything I can do to correct it?

i cant remember but i think that that machine has a dimmer wheel on the front right next to the screen. If turning that does not fix the problem then the wheel is broken and needs to be replaced (eazy fix at a pfaff dealer). If there is not dimmer wheel then there is a contrast adjustment that you can get done at a pfaf dealer and that should fix the problem.

Screen dull on Janome mc 8000

There is an LCD Backlight Panel that illuminates the screen, and yes, they do fail.
Before you start, just check the screen contrast dial inside the top cover, front right, they can be easily knocked and this will also cause the screen to go light or dark.
Janome no longer supplies the LCD Backlight, however, we have an after market replacement at our store, and also provide fitting instructions and a good deal more besides.
If you care to contact me I can send a Diagnostic Routine and the Screen Reset instructions for you to check if there is anything else causing troubles.
Please remember to give details of your dilemma as we do receive a lot of requests.

Can't see LCD on Babylock Esante

When your BabyLock Esante ESi2 is otherwise working fine but the LCD display screen begins to grow darker and you find you just can't read it, the only thing you can do is replace the BabyLock Esante ESi2 LCD screen, or buy a new machine. BabyLock no longer stock this item direct, but there is an affordable replacement available....Check this Link

The screen is going bad and needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, it is obsolete. It is my understanding that a Janome Dealer can take your screen and send it to Janome to be rebuilt. It will take about a month. Be prepared to spend more than $200. The sewing light is the same one that is used in many Janome machines I.e. MC9000 and should be available from almost any competent sewing repair shop.
