Phone acting up - screen problem

I turned my phone off the past couple of days and when I went to turn it back on, the screen is white. When you close the phone you can see the time and message screen and when someone calls, etc. but once you open up the phone it's completely white. I don't recall getting it wet or anything, and I really have no clue what to do about it. Also, when you hold it in your hand it vibrates. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!

Re: Phone acting up - screen problem

See if i can help you here on the white screen go to main menu...settings.....personalize......wallpaper you will see picture next it set to none? you can set a wallpaper here. on the vibrate.....main menu...settings....ring styles... is it set on just vibrate? you can change it here to different settings....vibrate....soft...loud...vibrate and ring so if it just says vibrate u can change it there. mine is set on vibrate and ring...down below that you will see vibrate then ring u can choose the ringer u want plus ringer volume and different settings. hope this gets you back what u wanted. jeff

Frozen ''hellomoto'' screen on Razor V3c when turning on phone

You have a couple of options:
Take it to a motorola repairer or try to update the firmware on your phone. As you cant get it to go past the Hellomoto screen a hard reset would not possible.

Seriously, bang the phone sideways on a desk, it works! Do it on each side 2 or 3 times, then back again. Don't slam it down, but bang it a couple times I'm not kidding at all

White screen on Motorola RAZR

I use to work for Cingular Wireless and this happened often. Try opening and closing the handset a little forcefully. It should re-seat the screen onto the contacts. If that doesnt help, have it replaced since its new. Best of Luck.
