SOURCE: Tire Replacement

ME880 is the Metzler you're looking for. It comes in black, and wide white wall. I have it for my back tire. Haven't worn out my front enough to get a match on the front yet, but I'm working on it! They are a huge improvement over the dunlops

I think your rear master cylinder is 5/8" in diameter since it is only a single disc in the rear brake. Dual disc front brakes usually have the larger 3/4" diameter master cylinder. If you take the master cylinder apart, you can either measure the bore or look on the rubber "cup". The size is usually on the cup.

Can I put 235/60R16 on 2008 chevy uplander

The stock wheel and tire is ;
wheel - 17 x 6.5 inches
TIRE - 225 60 17 702 mm diameter

If you wanted a 235 60 17 that would be ok but the tire diameter is larger by a small margin.

If you are reducing wheel size with 16 inch wheels in order to fit the 16 inch tires mentioned in your question you better make sure that the smaller diameter wheel will clear the brakes front and rear.

For a 235 tire the wheel width will need to be 6.5 inches minimum.

So if you go with ...............
wheel- 16 x 6.5 or 16 x 7 inch
TIRE - 235 60 16(as in your question)- 688 mm diameter

Provided the 16 inch wheel clears the brakes that would be OK but that tire is slightly smaller in diameter than stock but within an acceptable margin.

Make sure whatever tire you select that the tire load rating is not less than the stock tire and not less than the tire load rating stipulated by General Motors for that vehicle..

Will 235/70R/15 tires fit on a 91 ford taurus?

Thats a tall tire but it depends on the size tire/rims that are on it. I have a 91 taurus that has 14 inch rims, the only draw back on taller tires are the fender wells, make sure the tires do not rub the fenders. especially the front, if you put them on, turn the front wheels to the left, then check to feel or see that they do not rub. then turn wheels to the right and recheck for clearance. good luck, if the fit and clear.

Largest front tire on 2005 dyna super glide

You could make anything "fit", but thats also "custom". Maximum tire sizes are dictated by the rim size. For the 19" rim 100/90/90, for the 21' rim MH90-21. Some tire styles "look" larger than the stock Dunlop tires. Look at Avon or Continental tires.

Rough ride due to skinny shallow front tire. What is the largest tire that I can put on that wheel. I am willing to put a bigger fender on the bike in order to make a bigger tire fit.

the stock vulcan 800a comes with a 80/90-21, the first number is the width in mm, and the second number is the side wall ratio compared to height, the third number is the rim size. ex. the tire is 80mm wide and 90% as tall or 72mm on a 21" rim. So if you are going wider I would measure the distance between the forks in mm and go from there.

I'm not sure if my tire fit on my car,not the same size...

Even though you should always have a matched set, the size difference is about 1.33% smaller or around an inch and a half, total diameter. Just keep that tire in the rear so the drive wheels are the same size and you should be fine.

Dyna Wide Glide Rear Tire

i called a place ( hogpro.com) about wheels for my 07 fxdwg and talked to the guy there. he said a 180 will fit with no problems and a 200 will fit in the swingarm and fender, you just have to center the wheel and deal with the turn signal brackets etc. Does anyone know where i can get a set of rear struts that are just plain with no recess for the turn signals that will bolt on to the stock bike? I am gonna try the 200/55-18 this winter on a 18x 5.5" wheel.
