Question about LG WM-2277HW Front Load Washer
My LG washer doesn't spin. It turns manually but no by itself. I received a LE error!
Just has this exact washer repared by PC Richaard technitian today(luckally I had warranty). I had exactly the same problem - does not spin with LE error code.
Problem is in the broken sensor in the motor. It took 5 min to repare. He removed a back panel from the washer, unscruded sentral bolt and 6 bolts fixing a motor to the washer. The sensor is inside and it connected by 6(or 8) pin cable.
Now works like new.

Have you had this problem from the beginning? I would also take a good look at the flooring where the machine is located. If the flooring is weak or not as solid as concrete you may have a hard time keeping it from shaking. One of the other common things that I see is most people don't put a full load in the machine. Since this is a front loader, it will have a better chance of going of balance with a smaller load than a larger load. If the floor shakes (on a wood floor or similar material) then the answer would be to strengthen the flooring, or take it to a place in your house where you have a solid concrete floor and try to spin it out. If you are already on concrete then the previous suggestion or possibly an issue a tech should look at.

Are the 4 shipping bolts taken out of the back of the machine?

code LE indicates that either the motor is not turning or has locked up for
some reason. It can also be due to Hall sensor which monitors direction and
speed of the motor. If the sensor is faulty then also this error appears. Motor
lock can be caused by several things from a loose connector, to a bad motor. To
make sure it's not a locked motor, try turning the drum with your hand. And, if
there is any resistance while turning the drum or the drum doesn't move freely
then the motor is locked and you'll need to get it replaced. If the motor seems
to be fine then you would need to replace the Hall Sensor. To replace the hall
sensor, take the back cover off. Take the big nut off and remove the motor
rotor. Remove the bolts holding the motor windings. Remove the electric plug on
the sensor and unclip it from the motor winding. Hope this
helps...please post back for further assistance.
