Question about Disney DTD1363-CAR 13" TV/DVD
I put in a DVD and about 5 minutes into the movie, the TV would turn off. It kept doing this over and over again. Now when I turn it on, it doesn't do anything but shut off. The screen is dark and it turns off within seconds.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong? We bought it at Best Buy and they do not repair this TV. They said to call a local TV repair service.
I first called Disney and it is impossible to reach anyone. There is no support number for this TV.
I have 1 , exact same problem. I took it to a local repair shop and it turned out to be loose connections on the circuit board. It was explained to me that as the problem became more frequent it was the connections getting worse. It cost about $100 (give or take).
