HOW DO YOU UPLOAD VIDEOS AND PHOTOS

Ok i got the sandisk sansa e250 mp3 player, and i installed the disk it came with to convert videos and pictures on it, however it says it dosnt detect the player, and when i try to convert a photo or video it wont says failed or something probably because it dosnt detect the player, but i can get mp3s and stuff on it no problem and i tried in both modes for this nothin seems to work......seems to be alot of problems with these HELP if there is a solution

Try plugging your player into all of the USB slots on your computer. If that doesn't work, switch your USB mode in settings and try again.

Unable tp play videos and photos

ihn order to put these in that player you have to install the sandisk media converter that cam with it, if you do not have it see the sansa website. www.sandisk.com

I uploaded pictures, songs and videos into 1GB micro SD card. But in Sansa e250 am able to see only songs in it. am unable to view pictures or vidoes stored in SD card. please help me.

The Sansa will only show photos and play videos from its internal memory, not the microSD card. You can put music on the card, but not photos or videos.

E250 sansa videos

you must upload sansa media converter from the cd that came with the mp3 player. once you completely upload it you open it and click "ADD MEDIA" and select the videos, then hit "CONVERT" and it will convert them to a *.mov* format
