Question about Mitsubishi CS-35505 35" TV
The vertical IC is bad this was caused by bad capacitors in the vertical amplifier output circuity. If the ic is only replaced it will most likely fail after a few days. I did this repair and after the caps were replaced still works 2years now.

If the quality of the picture was good before it failed it is worth repairing, replacing the vertical Ic should take care of your problem and for a service technician is a fairly easy repair and they usually dont charge too much, maybe 100.00 to 150.00,if you take the set to someone is less the charge but I know is heavy and it might not be an option, shop around for the price of an estimate in your house.
