I pressed a combo of keys and now my keyboard is out of wack
I was typing an url in a browser and accidentally hit a number of keys (don't know which) but it totally threw off my keyboard. The arrow buttons were not working, and some of the letters were giving me asterisks. I tried to fix it and made it a little better. All the letters are working now except for x,c, n, b and the spacebar. What could I have possibly done and how do i fix it? I tried to disconnect it from the usb and reconnect but that's not working. My pc is password protected and of course my password has a "n" in it so i can't get in. I'm at work so b/c i can't access the net (need the "c" to type .com) I

In the Netflix application it should ask if you are a existing Netflix subscriber and then bring you to a screen asking for your Netflix username and password. To enter your username and password, use the arrow keys on your Sharp remote control until the desired field is highlighted and press ENTER on the remote. The on-screen keyboard will appear, which will allow you to enter your Netflix username and password. To enter text in the internet browser, launch the web browser through Smart Central under the Web & Search tab. Once in the web browser, press the yellow D key on your Sharp remote control to bring up the tool bar and use the left and right arrow keys until the URL field is highlighted and press ENTER to bring up the URL entry screen. Once in the URL entry screen, highlight the field at top using remote's arrow keys and press ENTER to bring up the on-screen keyboard and type in the URL address of the website you wish to visit. You may have hit a certain combination of keys on your Gateway laptop and turned on the NumLock function accidentally. The result is that the rectangle of keys from the 7 key down to the question mark key have become a number-entry keypad. Worse, Gateway manuals don't discuss this function.

Hold down the "Fn" key and press the "F11" key. Type the letters UIO. If they come out as numbers, move on to the next step. Hold down the "Fn" key and press the F11 key and "Scroll Lk" key simultaneously. Type the letters UIO. If they come out as numbers, move on to the next step. Hold down the "Fn" key and press the "F9" key. Type the letters UIO. If they come out as numbers, move on to the next step. Hold down the "Fn" key and press the "Scroll Lk" key. Type the letters UIO.
