Question about NEC Dterm DTP 16D-1 Corded Phone
Today is Nov 3rd 08, and my clock on my phone says its Nov 4th. How do i change this??
On the adminstrator's phone (usually ext 100, 101, 110 or 10)
Do not lift handset
Press the FEATURE button
Enter the hour & minutes (ex:01:25) using the dialpad
Press RECALL button to change AM/PM setting
Press HOLD to change the calendar setting
Press FEATURE button again to save & exit

Changing the date is a little more difficult than changing the time. On many systems, the system date must be changed by the telecom folks who can program the Elite IPK unit. But, there is a way to trick it if you only need to advance or backup a day or two. Change the time to 23:59 and wait one minute to advance one day, then reset the time... you get the idea. Easier to advance than backup.
