I dropped my creative zen and now it wont turn on

try conecting it to the computer and reinstalling the firmware to it that helps sometimes

You could try a firmware update/reinstall. If that doesn't work you may have a bad mainboard.

You have to keep the power on button pressed for at least 5 seconds and not just press it

itcan happen because of battery ded.can you remoove the battery and connect it again to usb and turn on if it is on ,problem is with your battery.isnt it????
