My printer series 3 only prints half the picture and has a hard time picking up the paper as well. Think it is junk! Sounds like other people are having the same issue and are getting no real solutions to their questions.

We are having the same problems as # 3 above, printing only have the image and won't pull the paper through to print the pictures. What solution was offered to correct this?

To fix the picking up the paper. take a slightly damp paper towel, uplug the unit and clean the grey 1/2 inch roller. let dry. plug in and it should work....why it only prints half the image? I don't know. Looking for solution myself.

SOURCE: Paper Jam / Printer Dock Series 3

try this no promises
unplug the power cord for 5 sec
paper should feed out after resetting
DONT EVER PULL ON THE PAGE WITHOUT THE MACHINE EXITING IT FIRST. THE TABS ON THE END OF THE PAPER BREAKS OFF INSIDE THE PRINTER DOCK.
check the back of the dock for the photo to eject as well as the front.
check paper size with new one after it exits to make sure no extra pieces are stuck in printer. good luck
DONT PULL ON PAGE JAM (UNPLUG FIRST(RESETS THE PAGE OUT THE BACK/FRONT))

that's just my guess.

Only top half of the photo is printed on Easyshare printer dock series 3

This usually represents a communication issue...
It could be between the doc and the printer (try a new USB cable) or it could be in the printer dock itself - if so, you would want to call Kodak to get a repair if they still repair them or maybe they have an upgrade path.
