1-Shield 2-White 3-Red 4-Black Check the mike plug to make sure that none of the wires have broke off.I would also check the mike cable with an ohm meter.

Hello..maybe not a solution..but a hint..measure red-black for 0 ohms while pushing "ptt button" i think it's ptt...bare and transparent is mike...but you can look at original mike and make the same measurement for finding out what is ptt..the two others is mike ...good luck...Ron
