hi there! The program doesn't fit on computer screen because the resolution of computer screen is too low. could you right click on the desktop and change resolution of screen to higher. I guest your current is 800x600. Change it to higher will fix your problem. ( another way to change to enter button is using Tab key on the keyboard. Every time you hit Tab key, it will move to next button on the program.Try Tab and hit Enter on the keyboard.) Hope this will help.
Ken, I can understand the concern and would be happy to help. I hope this has been resolved by now. If not, you'll want to press the Star (*) button on the bottom of the remote to change the screen format. If it continues, or you need any other assistance, just let me know!
that's probably that your wallpaper isn't fit with your monitor resolution, for example,if your wallpaper size is 1280x1024 but your screen resolution (size) is 1024x768,it doesn't fit your screen and the wallpaper will only show half or even less to check your current resolution, click Start->Control Panel->click Appearance and Personalization->Click "adjust screen resolution" on the Display categories you can see your current resolution and also you can set your resolution To check the picture resolution, right click on the picture, select properties, click the Summary tab,and it doesn't show the resolution, click Advanced on the Summary tab But I suggest you to download the wallpaper with a fit size instead of changing the screen resolution, because too high resolution will make your screen goes black geez,i'm so sorry for my poor english please rate this solution if it's work and let me know if you still has a problem.and thanks for using Fixya!

I too would like to know the solution to this question...we are having the identical problem and Sony doesn't seem to know how to fix it. Although, the picture from the DVD player is perfect, the pictures for cable & video games are terrible. Very frustrating!
Sometimes the box that sends the signal to the TV preconditions the signal to 4x3 or 16x9, depending on the capability of the TV. I always opt to the "no fit" option and allow the intelligence of the TV to fit the screen.
If you have "off air" TV signal without that preconditioning, I cant help.
the picture does not cover the 32" screen.
