Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Desk keeps losing internet connection playing World Golf Tour golf game

well you might just have poor internet connection. and the reason why it only crashes when connected to that program is because it probably sucks up more bandwidth(the amount of data needed to process a task) than most programs on your computer. and if your modem has a low bandwidth, it cannot handle large processes of data. to test if its your connection open up a browser, go to youtube, and play a random video, repeat this process 5-10 times in new windows each time. if all the videos run fine without lots of delay then it is the applications, but if it takes a long time to load each video it is a problem with your modem and you should consider contacting your provider for upgrading it.

If it is a problem with the application try re-installing the application

it seems that correct network drivers are missing. Easiest way is to download the drivers from manufacturors site, transfer them with USB stick and install.

When i connect to the internet it takes between 30 sec to a min to load up or it crashes when i play any games it frezzes how can i resolve this please

The problem might be your internet connection speed thats in upload and download, you should test your internet connection speed and stability. If all are fine then you should try a different browser such as firefox or the lattest versions of internet explorer including some other applications such as silverlight, also you will need to run the command prompt and ping the site on which the game is located this might solve the problem. If not try updating the flash player plugins they might be out dated and if these all fail then your computer might have no requirements for such game play.

Computer suddenly went sluggish on internet; monitor went blank; even off line solitaire game jammed things up. I ran Norton check and it said no viruses or problems. Any ideas?

You may try Kaspersky Internet Security 2010.AS it can detect malware, spyware more than Norton.Download Kaspersky Internet Security 2010.here si the link for download page

http://esd.element5.com/product.html?productid=300324330&nolselection=1.

If this doesn't solve your problem, clean your pc with an Air blower and remove your processor and re apply Heat Sink Paste.sometimes, over heating may caused the system to hang or even reboot.

I ahve a problem when i open up bus simulator

The space you have availble on you hard dribve is not enough for the game to load. It is telling you that it need 50mb of space on your hard drive to load. Remove excess , unused items for your hard drive,or install another one and load it on that additional hard drive.
