Question about Storkcraft Baby Rochester Crib
I have a storkcraft baby rochester 3 in 1 crib. I want to convert it to a day bed but I can't find the directions. Can anyone help me?
I have just recently converted my son's to a daybed. pretty easy, and actually the instructions were on the mattress support board. in any case, you just remove the drop slide rail, put the mattress to the bottom level and attach the board that came with the crib across the front. the board doesn't sit up higher than the mattress, so my problem is that it's not going to keep my son from falling out. there are a pair of pre-drilled holes on both of the sides to screw the board in. Those screws also came with the crib. i made sure i put all the extra pieces in a bag and labeled it so i wouldn't be going crazy looking for them. And that's basically it. oh, and i guess you can go ahead and unscrew the latches (or whatever they are called) that holds up the drop slide rail since you won't use it anymore.
also, i just went on Wal Mart's website and they show a picture of the crib, daybed & toddler, so you can see what it looks like. Hope that helps. i'm trying to figure out how to convert my daughter's dorel crib and it's not easy like this one. good luck
