Double check the settings of your firewall, or try to scan your system to check if there is a malware, and also double check what program did you add before this problem started to happened.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Is this a on-line game? If so, there is little you can do to control connections with a server located who knows where.

Help, my Asus Essentio CG5290 won't post after moving.

check the cable for the bad monitor at BOTH ends. Some cables detach from BOTH ends, and if one side is lose, then you will get weird stuff happening....odd colors, lines etc.

Otherwise...it would seem to be a bad cable....which would **** if it is one of those that does NOT detach from both ends.....since you can't just go get another monitor cable.

Hi,
Two resons can cause this problem
1. Loose network cable from the computer to the modem
2. Incorrect browser settings on the computer.

I guess you might have reseated the network cable coming from computer to the modem /router
In case you have not then this would be the first step to start with.

Second restart your computer and at the Dell logo screen tap F8 key a couple of times . You would get a screen windows advance options menu.Select safe mode with networking , using your arrow keys on the keyboard . Hit enter . Login as the adminstrator , try using the internet if the interent works fine in the safe mode with networking without disconenction , restart the computer and reset the browser settings.

In case you need more support , post back with the results of the steps given above

Thanks for using fixya

Hallo , I have a Toshiba Satellite L300D-10Q and a Netgear wireless router from Virgin 54 Mbps do i need a card to go into the laptop to get on to the inter net thank you.

Compliancy : Wi-Fi®
Network Support : 802.11b/g
Wireless Technology : Wireless LAN

That is the internal wireless so no you dont you need any thing to set up a wireless connection
You need to set up your wireless network

Or you should have got an ethernet cable with the router usually small yellow, blue or blue. plug this cable into one of the ports on the back of your router then the other end of cable to the ethernet port on side (i think) of laptop anc conect phone line from main box to router. You dont need no software just switch on router wait a couple of minutes till all lights on router turn green and click on your internet explorer done!

This could mean one of 2 things. Your hard drive is damaged or your Windows installation is corrupt. Try reformatting it using the discs that came your computer. Just keep in mind you will lose all of the information on your hard drive. (They reset your computer back to factory settings)
