Question about Audio Players & Recorders
All of my files show up in the sync tab of my windows media player. When I unplug my MP3 player, I see all of these songs where they're supposed to be, but it will either say(file format not supported) or won't even let me open the song and won't say anything at all (almost like it's stuck or something).
I tried to repair it using my device driver by holding the + and holding it down as I plug it in, however nothing happens. I was reading other posts saying I should back up my music before I try this. How should I go about doing this?
I left my mp3 player hooked up to my computer over night...i'm thinking it was just a bug that worked itself out. I have no idea how that happened, but it works fine now.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
