Question about HP Officejet Pro L7580 All-In-One InkJet Printer
All of a sudden the black ink has stopped working. At first I figured the cartridge must be empty (or defective) so I replaced it with a brand new one. The printer thinks it has a full black cartridge, but I get no black output. It acts like the print head is just not getting any black ink.
Try cleaning the printheads:
On the control panel press Setup>Select Tools>Select Clean Printhead
If that doesn't work, try manual cleaning the printhead contacts. This begins on page 147 of the User Guide.
