Mp3 my mp3 wont turn on it is a mp-c843 i been having this problem for about a year now

    Does it power on when you connect it to the computer? it could be a battery problem you are having...

Take the battery out for a while and put it back in after about 2-3 mins and charge it

Mine wont even turn on had it on loaded music and it has frozen and now it wont come on or charge.it is brand new.

Erasing songs from MP3 player


if you have windows media player, which i uses to drag and drops all my songs, go to the sansa player which appears on the left, click on it. It should show all your songs and mostly everything, right click on the mouse and it should show a list of which song you wants to delete.

Put all songs in mp3 format - the wma format is too problematic

also, make sure the lock is not engaged

i had the same problem, but after connecting it to my pc, via usb and looking in my computer under removable storage to open up the files in the player and make sure they were there, the player starting to work again after removing from my pc, worth giving it a try, unless you save all the mp3's to your pc then do a factory reset, within the player menu.
