Question about Kodak I260 Captiva IA-Express Path-Through Scanner
I have started to get a "Software error-HIP (0x04) Insufficient memory. Eki200 Version 1.1.10506.20002 (-4809 message whenever I am in the middle of scanning a batch. I have shut off unplugged and replugged, etc. and switched computers to no avail. Help!! I have a huge job to finish!!
If you start scanning Documents over 17 inch, then its best to swap out the 64mbyte for a 256mbyte card on the mother board cpu 100/110.
You can tell wants loaded by looking at the Info tab in the Kodak Scan Validation Tool.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
