I cannot set the time on my phone. I've tried the # 652 and nothing happened.

the information here just DOES NOT WORK no matter how I do it, every time I hit the intercom button and then the # button it goes to a fast busy signal, either when I pick up the hand set or leave it hung up. Nothing works.

I tried to do the 'Intercom, #652' method and I could not get it to work...also tried it by picking handset up first. It just gave me the busy signal.

OK, model on bottom of phone is DKT2010-SD, but I found a little cheat card in a file for a STRATA DK8 & DK16 so I used a combination of things. First pick up handset and then hit intercom button, # 652 (for time or #651 for date) and enter time in HHMMSS (hour, minute, second) format, once complete hit the redial button.

You have to do this from the "primary" extension - "Port 00" - usually extension 200. I've done it every few months, as our clock drifts.

1) Leave the handset on-hook.
2) Press the INT (intercom) or primary DN extension button and press # then dial 652.
3) Dial in the time in 24-hour clock format HHMMSS. Enter a leading 0 for single digits.
4) Press the REDIAL button to save the settings. Confirmation tone should be provided.
5) Press SPKR.

Please download me instructions on how to change time in our Toshiba Phones at work with Model No. DKT2010-SD. Also I am requesting a Manual for the Toshiba DKT2010-SD phone system. Your tech support...

Changing the time on a Strata DK system must be done from the "main" or primary phone. It is usually extension # 10, or # 200. 1.- With the phone on-hook, dial intercom, #, 652 (depending on the system type, the # may or may not apply) 2.- Enter the correct time using HH/MM/SS, like 07:24:00 3.- Press redial As far as the system manual goes, I'll need to know the type of system you have. Toshiba DKT2010's work with a number fo different Toshiba systems. To find out, go to where the phone system is located and look at the top corner. It should have a number designation there such as DK 40i or DK280 etc.

I have a toshiba dkt2010-sd that I need to mount to the wall

The base is removed and turned 180 degrees and put back on phone notice the slide tabs are in correct position and can noe be hung by screws or a wall jack. Where the cord plugs in there is a breakout tab, that is the insert to hold the reciever on the phone when hung up.
