Cant turn my phone on

i have the motorola i850 cell phone, and this problem occured on my phone
after entering the wrong code a few times, a message appeared on the display
to wait to enter the code, after about 30 minutes, the enter code screen reappeared
so from this point i turned the phone off anf then back on again and that unlocked the phone
i received the welcome screen and the phone was up and running again hope this help you

they can repair it .

If it freezes at the i850 splash screen it is most likely a fatal failure. The defect is board level and can not be recovered. You either need to replace the phone or get another motherboard which, are not available separately- you will have to find a used one with a good board. I am a technician for Nextel and so far none of us have been able to resolve this issue.

This issue usually can't be fixed because the software probably went up in the phone. I think your best bet is to visit a repair center or call Sprint to try to get it exchanged.

Go to where you bought it and tell them the problem they might supply you with a new phone if you have a warrany with that phone hope that solves the problem.
