Question about HP LaserJet 4250n Printer
In the driver software we changed the printing default aswell als the printing preferences to 4 copies. With or without the checkmark for collated, the printer will still give only 1 copy of the printout.
We used the latest firmware, and have the problem with the PCL 6 and PCl5e printer.
We created 3 different printers for each tray.
If this is ran through a network which i would think most likely due to the machine then you will need to change the number of copies to be printed on the control panel on the fron of your machine as well as that will have the final say over what comes out of it.
i think it should be as follows:
press the green tick, press down, green tick on print quality.
i may be worng on where its located as not used one for a while.
if i am wrong on it the go into the information menu and print out a menu map. this will show you which sub-directory its in.
Hope this helps.
