Black screen, red and green line at top of screen, no sound

That is usually caused by a vertical dflection issue if the lines are single and running across the top of the screen. slightly wavy.

I have a line going across my 51" Hibachi television that is about 4" from the top of the screen.

if the line is across the middle of the screen this indicates vertical failure needs vertical output ic or could be open resistor, or failed cap.

Lines on top of screen

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Initially, sounds like a capacitor at the vertical section about to fail, leaking or blistered. Additionally, have seen some of these models suffers from vertical fault due to a defective capacitor in the power supply section or cold solder.

Just a start, do postback how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.

Screen distortion

Is it a clean vertical line or a fuzzy vertical line? It could be as simple as a cleaning.

My tv has this lines that bend over the front top of the screen and when an object moves through the lines the image appers from the the top of where the line begins...and the tv goes black every once and...

This sounds like a vertical deflection fault. There are some components that are failing in the vertical deflection area that are starting to fail. It is very common in many of the sets that there are electrolytic capacitors in the vertical amp section that are gong out of specifications.

When you have at the top or the bottom of the screen where the vertical axis is compressed, and the picture in the compressed area looks like it is inverted and going over on itself, this is called "vertical fold-over".

An experienced TV service technician should be able to service this for you.
