Question about Xerox DocuColor 12 Printer
After power switch Fiery xp12 is loading and loading whithout ready for printing
I've result my problem. The Hard Disk from the Fierry x12 was deffect.
The Technician from Xerox have replaced this.

The only thing to do is reload from the software you(hopefully) get when you got the machine delivered. 3 discs saying system software, put disc 1 in and recycle the power. follow the on-screen instructions and then it will eventually load having used all 3 discs. It takes ages to reload as this fiery is really slow, but should do it. If it doesn't work then the hard drive, generally, is the best bet to replace. (the fiery can't see more than 8gb hard drive!)

Have you checked the paper trays are filled and ready? Also unplug for a couple of min's and see if that clears the memory as it may be trying to forfill a print request the never compleated.... Had this happen a few times....
