Question about Maxtor Personal Storage 3200 (M1227310) Hard Drive
I connect my maxtor personal storage device 3200 and it says it should just work but windows cnat detect it?? wtf
Seagte purchased Maxtor in 2006. They kept the group that supported these products intact. Check Seagate's support site for specific information and/or contact Seagate's support group. They should be able to help you. The website is: http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/support... As a last resort, you can get a free replacement from Seagate via their warranty repair group. They track via serial numbers, so no receipts should be needed.
