Push your bike into a lake, if it floats, tires are fine.

How i can fix rear bicycle wheel?

"Fix" can mean a lot of things - a flat tire, bad bearings, a crooked wheel, etc. None of those issues lend themselves to a simple "here's what you do" answer, and almost anything you need to do takes specialized tools, specific knowledge or both. If you are in the US, UK or some other countries you can check to see if there is a "bike co-op" or "bike kitchen" near you where you can get help and use their tools. If you want to do it on your own you would first need to know some bicycle terminology so you can look for the correct term:
bicycle part diagram Google Search
Then I would suggest you go to Sheldon Brown Bicycle Technical Information or Repair Help Articles Park Tool
You can also search for videos, but it is best to study written guidelines first.

How to Change a Flat Bicycle Tire

1) Begin by looking at your old bicycle tire, and find the dimesions of the tire on its side. Write down these dimesions, becuase you must then go buy a new innertube for the tire that is the same (or about the same) size. I suggest going to a bicycle store; at the one near me tires run about 5-10 dollars.

2) With this new innertube in hand, you can begin changing your bike tire. You must start by taking off the entire bike wheel. To do this you need a hexagonal-shaped wrench thingy that looks like this:

See the hexagonal wrenches on the left side? You're ging to need something like that to remove the wheel. If you don't already have one, you can get this one from here (Walmart.com), or you can look up 'bike tool' on Amazon or Ebay.

3) You then use this tool to remove two hexagonal bolts, one on either side of the wheel; shown here:

Then use a flathead screwdriver or another falt object/tool to pop the outer tire off to expose the old innertube inside, like this:

4) Remove this old innertub, and put the new one around the wheel. It might seem a little big, but that's okay. Proceed by slipping the outer tire back on over the new innertube, using the same tool you got it off with.

5) Put the wheel back on the bike, screw the bolts back in, and inflate the tire to whatever PSI (Pounds per Square Inch) it says on the side of the tire.

6) You're bike is ready to ride again!

Flat tire

A bicycle repair shop should be able to tell you the tube size if you provide the tire size markings on the sidewall of the tire.

How to use a Schwinn Aluminum Frame Pump to pump up a bike tire??? I have it on the tire but the air comes out of the top piece instead of the part hooked to the tire!

THE TRICK TO SWITCHING OVER THE OUTLET FOR THE PUMPED AIR IS BACK PRESSURE. IF WHAT YOU ARE FILLING IS COMPLETELY FLAT, BLOW INTO THE FITTING YOU WANT TO USE AND IT WILL SWITCH OVER.

I puumped up my tire but as soon i pump it it goes flat

You have whats called a flat. TAKE THE TIRE OFF AND REPLACE THE TUBE INSIDE WITH NEW ONE. If this is a daunting task, take tire and rim to local bike shop and they will be happy to fix for you. Good Luck....

Repeated flat tires even after changing to a new tube

Find the cause and eliminate it before feeding a new tube to that thorn or sliver of glass. Sometimes we pinch the new tube while installing it, too.

Lots of videos on Google: search "fixing a bicycle flat tire"

I just got given a coleman dual action hand pump. But have no idea how to use it. Can it be used to pump up bicycle tyres??

Probably not, you need a high pressure bicycle pump. And you have either a schrader valve, like a car tire, or a presta valve. You are better off going to a bike shop and purchasing one that they can instruct you how to use it. There is more to pumping up a tire than you realize. Seating the tire is important, so think about it twice.

16 inch bicycle tire is flat. Need replacement, where to buy?

Call Dynacraft (bike maker) at 1-800-551-0032. My daughter's rear tire was flat and they sent out a new tube for free. She had the bike for only about 4 months. They also sent out a new rear tire as bearing/coaster brake assembly was make noises. The only problem is her original rim was purple and they sent out a silver colored rim as they don't have purple replacement part. I also had to install the tube and tire on the new rim. They only send replacement parts not assemblies.

A bike shop may be able to help you. Maybe you could just repair the tube with a tube repair kit, available anywhere bicycle accessories are sold.
