I want to setup win7 in an old computer GA-945GZM-S2 and 512 MB of RAM can i have a lite Version

if you have two sticks of ram .... 256 each one is not working... take them out and reseat them. if that doesn't work swap slots.... you are likely using about 8mb for system video or perhaps more so you are not likely to show a full 512 mb.

HI,

There is only one memory stick that that board will support that is a 2gb chip. You can reveiw all the tested memory HERE, to see what will work prior to buying.

reset your bios inside your pc its a big watch battery take it out for 10 15 min then put back it if that does not work take out the battery again and if you see neer your battery was ther should be a small jumper its usually black and its plugged in your board it also should have 3 pins to plug it in when you take it out plug it in the next 2 pins (the miffle one will plug in aswell then put it back in the first pins again put battery back in an try to boot it should work...
