Switch on the bluetooth on the laptop and make sure you have set it in "discoverable" mode (ie;other devices can coonect to it) switch on the plantronics..use the scan for blutooth devices in range option in the laptop..once its shows plantronics follow the onscreen messages..if it asks for some kind of passkey use 0000..hope it helps!
