Question about Intel Motherboard

Freezes MotherBoard GIGABYTE GA-8IE2004P when i work on my PC it's freez when ever I open more than one windows or specialy when I open Internet Explorer for mor than three IE window that is hapend when some graphic or picture In the internet site... but when I go bag to the BIOS and changing the CPU staf Like overvoltage or some change in DDram Staf .. then the broblem is (gone) but for 2 or 3 days ... I need to setUp BIOS Manualy (Load defult not working ..Load Failsave not working Others not ...) how to set BIOS with Information I send In the Picturs.. I think the BIOS might have got corrupted if load default values are not working means ..

you can recover the bios by changing the bios jumper to the recovery mode ...

you can refer to your motherboard manual on how to change the bios jumper to the recovery mode it wil given with the labelled pictures ...

or can try upgrading your bios to newer version by downloading from your motherboard manufacture site which is compatible to your motherboard ...

if your windows is not working means then you can store that file in a floppy or cd and you can boot from that ..

there may also be some problem in the operating system so just reinstall the OS once before you do the above things ,...

Windows 98, in not a supported system.

So it will probably not run, on this mainboard.

Try with a smaller amount of ram.

GA-60MM7E Motherboard freezes on any operating system / harddrive / memory combination I try in it. It usually freezes early on (during or just after boot process). It is not overheating. Have removed...

Try to change the harddrive with a new one
and make a new installation.

I think ist a harddrive failure because it not boots propely.
Does you get a blue screen when it does that ???

I have a Gigabyte GA-8IE2004P Motherboard now it is dead how to solve it.


Hi. a motherboard never dies. what is done is just replacement of Condensor. I preffer u talk to someone who knows how to remove and soldering again a new one with same type. Trust me. i've recovered more than 100 boards that way.

What RAM to use. I would like to use 1600mhz RAM but am not sure what would be the best to use. I am installing 12gb of ram. I will install 6gb now and another 6gb later.
