The manual is built into the Help section of the program. Also, once you register the program at Roxio, you can go into the support area for the product, and access theur entire Knowledge Base and FAQ's. But you have to be a registered member first. You can go here to register http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/default.html?rTrack=m_sup
administrator-right click on music creator and open as administrator.

If you have lost the product key to your genuine software, and you have previously registered the software or have a proof of purchase, contact the software manufacturer and they will provide you with a new product key.
Sorry, but as guided by Federal laws, FixYa and it's experts do not provide product keys or serial numbers under any circumstances. Any expert that does so can be barred from answering questions. Those asking could have their membership deleted.
hi there! no, i do advises you not to make any registrations yet. before you purchase that you where not inform that you still have to register, the best thing to do is contact the website wherein you have purchased that and ask for some clarifications why you still have to register. thanks!
When I bought my music creator 4 just a week ago, the product serial number was on a yellow sticky sheet on the back of the DVD sleeve. As you install, you will be ask for a registeration for which you will go on line to request. This number will be e-mailed to you. You are allowed to use the program for thirty days before you have to register it after which it will stop functioning until you register the product.
Hope this helps-
I ran into the same issue when I tried to reinstall it. I did some research and found out that this product among many is no longer supported by Turtlebeach. The registration server that were used to activate the licensed copy have been shut down. So even if you own a licensed copy, you cannot install this software anymore and use it. Talk about a company that leaves their customers high and dry after they've purchased a product is unimaginable. It's one thing saying that a product won't work with Vista and another to say that you can no longer use it if your machine crashed and you had to reinstall. I'll never buy another product from this company ever again and I would advise others to stay away from them. They are digging their own hole with this sort of practice...Do these people know how many XP machines are still out there???
When the reminder screen comes on asking you to register it, if you click on register now, the program will look for the internet so you can register it online. If it does then just follow the instructions and fill in your details before you submit it.
I hope this helps, if not let me know what happens when your click on register, or register now!
When you open the program are you challenged to enter the registration number?
If you are able to open the program but can't do anything until you enter the number, drop the help menu down, click on 'About' and there should be a blank text entry line to enter the number. Do that and then hit enter. Unless of course, there is a line in the Help drop down menu to register. Click on that instead and you'll be okay from there.
