Question about HP Compaq nc6000 Notebook
On the "10 key" all the symbols work just fine but the numbers 1 - 0 don't. I tried buying a new keyboard twice, both the wired and also wireless type and both acted the same so I assume something happened in the program, but, I've probably talked to at least 6 different so called computer experts and nobody seems to know how to solve my problem. I have an HP and run windows XP and while I've always done well with everything else this has me baffled. I know just enough to be dangerous so don't really have any idea what else to look for.
It is sure that keyboard has not any problem, check the foloowing:-
shift key pressed

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
