My machine makes a loud squealing noise, like something needs to be greased on the treads. Is there a service person who does maintenance on these machines?

Hi ddmyatt.. They sell what is call dry lube at sports store's. for spraying under the tread's and on the wheels that the tread run's on.. Lift the tread and spray as far under it as you can on both side's. She'll be lot's quieter then before and lots easier on the motor too..

I tired to recalibrate my bowflex tc5000 and it says the cablibration failed. The belts dont seem to want to turn at a high enough speed.

When I put my Bowflex tc 5000 at the highest speed it turns itself off in a minute. Does anyone else have this problem?

This sounds like something that had been happening to a treadmill at our gym.. The problem there was that the moving parts were getting too hot and thus, the machine swithes off to not start burning up/breaking both instances may cause injury to the user.. u need to have it checked by a professional

Where can I get this machine serviced? The gate feels uneven. The left pad almost seems to be hitting ground before the right pad completes its stride.

hello. call bowflex directly and ask Call (800) 667-1689. They probably have service centers located around the world. Joe

My tc 3000 makes a loud noise and I get an err l5 on display screen

not sure about the loud noise but my issue with the l5 error was a simple adjustment to the speed sensor.. take of the left and rear covers, then look for the sensor that goes into the red grommet attached by 2 wires. slide a business card in between the wheel and the red grommet.. then make sure the speed sensor is pushed all the way against the card and then remove the card. that solved mine :)

Napa 8300 silicone is recommended. Apply under belts from front to back one fluid spray and also in bearing areas. Squeaking can also be caused by the center of the treadles rubbing to hard. If this is the case they need to be adjusted.

Yes. Contact Bowflex directly and speak to a customer service rep. They will assist you with part # and prices. If you need part schematics ask them to send via e-mail. Put in a file so you will have them in the future.

Bowflex Treadclimber rubs against housing.

Adjustment is needed. Remove rear covers and using a 9/16 wrench lossen the four bolts that secure treadle assembly to base. Place a 3/4 inch piece of plywood or a 3/8 inch socket extension in between the treadles in the front area. with that in place center them about an 1/8 in closer to the right upright as when you tighten the four bolt up the drive belt will place additional pressure and they should center perfect. tighten bolts...tight. remove wedge from between treadles and recalibrate unit. replace covers and enjoy. Use turtle wax on area rubbed to prevent rust.

Error code E5-5

I didn't use mine for several years then just started again. It stopped after 15 minutes so I read the manual and used a silcone lubricant on/under the treads as recommended. That definitely helped and it was working again quite well for about a week or two. Now I get the error 5 again. Wondering if I needed to add MORE lubricant the first time so I am going to do it again tonight. Maybe it is the roller pully that needs the lubricant. Who knows. I just want it to work!! I am determined. :)

Sensor wires detatched during initial assembly of Bowflex TC1000

You will need to make contact with bowflex if you broke the item. You may be able to glue back the item as well. The front lid come off, sometime you have to tilt the machine with another person. This will allow you to get to the under side.
