This is exactly what's happening with my TV. I'm oblivious to Diodes or where the G Board is on the device. Is this something, a normal Joe like myself can fix? Do you know the approximate cost for parts, and labor? I have a service that wants to charge me $100 just to come out and take a look to access the problem..That sounded a little too much for just and accessment.

Thats a zero cross error which usually means either one of both of the two following diodes are open on the G board D6116, or D6301

Sony Wega kp46wt520 no power up, 9 times it blinks red

You will need to replace the G board. You can try replacing the two diodes that usually fail, But because its a complex circuit with the zero cross detection the diode replacement never fixes the issue. Replacing or remanufacturing the G board is the only sure way to fix that issue.

Hoover HNL7166 'Start Delay' light flashing

Hoover (Nextra series) washing machines

The 'Start' & 'Pause' LED's will flash together to indicate the error code. You have to count the flashes within each 15 second period to get that error code. The start and the pause LED's will flash together at 1Hz (i.e 1 flash per second) within that 15 second time frame, then will continue and show again within another 15secs and so on.

1 Flash = Interlock fault
2 Flashes = Fill time-out
3 flashes = Drain time-out
4 flashes = Overfill fault presure pipe blocked
5 flashes = NTC error
6 flashes = faulty control board
7 flashes = Motor jammed
8 flashes = Tacho fault
9 flashes = Motor triac on module board
10 flashes = Prog Selector or wiring fault

Please count light flashing again. Light flash time is "0.3 Sec" and there would be pause (light Off time) for "3 Sec". Start counting after pause to next pause.
