Question about Lexmark X5470 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have no problem sending a fax manually. When I try to use the fax software a "+1" is added to the beginning of the number and I get an error. I assume it is a country code but I have not been able to get rid of it and have the fax use just the area code and number I enter.
Go to Start->All Programs->Lexmark 5400 Series and launch the Lexmark Fax Solutions.
Click on the Tools menu and select the Adjust Fax Settings option.
See if there is anything in the Dial prefix.
