Question about Sears TGE MP3 Player
When I download videos and movies on my mp4 and look at it it say " NO FILE" what should I do?
What it meant to say was "NO FILE that I know how to play". Did you create .SMV files from your original videos? It's the only video format your player understands.
Converter software came with your player; if you don't have it, you can download version 126.96.36.199 of the SigmaTel transcoder here:
(Mac & Linux users - you're on your own. Sorry.)
The executables in these archives are identical. Here are their signatures for the cautious (which is everyone, yes?):
SigmaTel's website (http://www.sigmatel.com/) is currently missing in action (damn all Chinese manufacturers anyway). If it reappears, you should also be able to find the transcoder there.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
