I am looking for commercial cooking equipment. What is the best place to buy?

Whether you are looking for a commercial cooking equipment show on television or just visiting commercial kitchens, one thing that you will find prevalent in the majority of commercial kitchens is the abundant use of stainless steel.

One of the best advantage for using stainless steel cooking equipments it doesn't react with food. A number of other materials react with the food and can impart their taste on them. Stainless steel doesn't react with the food and ensures that the food retains its actual taste. JSL Architecture Ltd is the best option for buying Commercial Stainless Steel Kitchens in India

Cracked door glass

First is she in the habit of slamming the door closed? Or maybe she is cooking something too long which causes the item to overheat and crack the glass? Give her a guide for cooking and heating specific foods or beverages so they do not overheat the oven.. Someone should stay with her to show her it only takes a short time to boil water, etc. so she does not overdo it. Unless she learns.....
Hopefully you are not replacing it with the exact same brand and model which may have an inherent problem with the door glass.

I cancelled the clean proprocess and then the display shows 5ab and I can't get the oven to work or clock .. anything, no beeping

somehow you put it in sabbath mode, yes sabbath mode,a feature known as "Sabbath mode." According to the Jewish Sabbath law, raw food may not be cooked on the Sabbath, but food that was already cooked beforehand may be kept warm until mealtime. On Jewish holidays, food may be cooked fresh, but turning the flame on poses a problem given electrical requirements forbidden by Sabbath observers.try holding the clck button in for 3 to 5 seconds to take it out of sabbath mode

Uneven cooking food has to be turned every 10 minutes, bottom of food burns and top dosent cook

How does the food know which way its facing?

Try covering the food with a lid from a smaller pan.

And always remember...to cook faster, sometimes you have to cook slower! A carbon layer on food acts as a heat shield against further cooking!

Oven comes up to temperature, but when food is cooking the oven temperature drops 50 degrees.

If the oven control is electronic you can adjust it up or down by 30 degrees. If it is a knob it can be adjusted enough to compensate. Generally 50 degrees is not considered to be enough to cause cooking issues in most cases. I was never sold on that concept but there was a manufacturer that considered 75 degree differences normal.

Oven does not cook food fully.

I researched the Repair Clinic.com site and for the unit in question it drove me to the Bake Ignitor Glow Bar as being the problem. It is 90% sure the problem lays in this part and instructs to R&R the part.

Oven is cooking unevenly

ladder, here are some suggestions to try to help you with this problem. Make sure that you wait another 10 minutes to put your food in after the preheat light goes out or tone goes on. The manufactures like to get that energy effecient label on these ranges. If your utensil is dark, darkened by age or glass, these will absorb more heat and can cause over browning. Lower the oven temp for these types of utensils or use a pan with a shiney finish. Make sure the utensil is not too close to any oven wall. Do not check for doneness until minimum recommended baking time. Opening the door frequently causes the lower element to cycle and provides too much intense heat. Use the second or third rack from the bottom. Finally, check the owners manual for calibration instructions. You might be off with that. Catriver...post back.
