It usually means that the pattern maker is saving paper by giving you only 1/2 of the pattern piece--the center of the pattern is laid on the fabric fold. You cut out only 1/2 of the pattern but when you unfold the fabric, you get a full piece because it is a mirror image of the other half (like the back of a shirt). The fabric is folded so the selvedges match. The pattern's center back is placed on the fabric fold. Essentially, after you've cut out the pattern and unfold the fabric, you will have the whole back.
The lay-out pattern will show those pieces placed on the fold before they are cut out.
Hi, if the headphones still work and are broken have you tried obtaining a good quality glue to repair the h/phones broken part , but the upside is they will not be fold-able after glueing.
If these were folded when in the box, then logically one would think they would be foldable headphones. You could try gently pulling one earpiece at a time downwards while holding the overhead piece firmly with your other hand.
Looking at the picture it appears that the four screws on each side arm are there to secure a square or rectangular plate inside. The plate is either fixed or it has slots which enable the earpieces to slide down and away from the overhead.
If you got them from an online store, unless they have since gone out of business, you should feel free to email them and get further advice if mine fails to solve your problem.
When folding the Vibe some important things to remember are that the handlebar must be in the most upright position (perpendicular to the ground), nothing can be below the rear axle level (ie. lift the basket up above this) and the front single wheel should have the side with the attachment bar on the outside.
The fold locks will not engage if everything is not in the correct position. If everything is in the correct position the fold locks will easily engage/disengage. If everything is NOT in the correct position the fold locks will not engage and should not be forced.
Folding:
Put handle bar in upright position.
Undo the side lock clips. Then you lift the red lever on the side to start the fold. Fold so that the pram front wheel and handle come together.
As the pram folds ensure basket is above rear axle and the front wheel has the attachment bar on the outside.
When the pram is fully folded you can fold the side lock clips back in place.
if you place your hands on either side of the stroller keeping your hands on the side of the handle at the same time pull uo and that rfolds and unfolds stroller
It's easy,
Step1: rotate the earpeices so that either the cushions face up or down
Step2: fold one side inwards by bending the rotating elboe inwards, this elboe is located one inch above the top of the cushion
Step3: now do the same for the other side
Step4: as you fold/rotate the second earpeice, do so in a way that this earpeice lies underneath or ontop of the first folded earpeice
Note: as you do step 4, you will notice that the middle of the top band starts to bend to accomodate the motion of this folding process
Add. Note: the mic may be sticking out at an odd angle by now, rotate it towards the rest of the mass that is now your folded headphones...... now they are ready for your pocket
Hi to unfold undo the clip if there is 1, some don't have them. lift the handle slightly then it should unfold it self.
To fold you need to apply the brake, stand in frnt then the 2 large grey buttons either side of seat, 1 pushes in 1 comes forward, do this & pull down towards your feet this will fold it up. Don't mistake the small grey buttons on side of seat they are to lay seat back/forwrsd etc; the large buttons are on the frame.
