Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
It could be but then you can reset it using itunes. Try downloading itunes here
http://www.apple.com/itunes/ it will have updated drivers for the ipod too. Run itunes on your computer. Once it has downloaded onto your computer successfully, plug the ipod back in to the computer (make sure that it is turned on). This should automatically open itunes. Once itunes is opened and hopefully has recognised your ipod. Go to your ipod settings from there and restore it.
If this works for you, you can then copy your music onto itunes and build yourself a library to sync with your ipod.
I hope this helps
