Question about Philips SA5125/37 MP3 Player
When I turn on my MP3 player, it goes through it's normal Turn on Process. When it gets to the GoGear screen, it goes black. I try to turn it back on and nothing happens. I plug it into the computer and nothing happens. Then, I use a pin to hit the reset button and the process repeats. I even tried resetting it and then plugging it into the computer. My TV won't read the MP3 player and my player won't acknowledge the computer's presence. I have about 400 songs, 3 videos, and 17 pictures and I don't want to delete them (Took me a whole year to collect it all and most of it is non-replacable). What should I do?
The problem with your Player is that its Firmware has been crashed....So you need to reinstall the Firmware using Philips Device Manager software given along with the player....But you cant retrive those data coz once you reinstall it all the data will be erased.....To do it is very simple.....just go into the repair Tab In Philips Device Manager and Follow the instructions...

Stick a small pen in the reset hole
