This saw is an Echo model ev 550. Get a can of power tune or sea foam engine cleaner and decarbonize the combustion chamber. Also spray some in fuel tank and carb. Replace spark plug. Then the saw will run like new! You can probably download a manual from Echo. Thanks.

I don't know where you can get a service manual. You've described the symptoms of a dirty clogged fuel filter down inside the fuel tank at the end of the fuel pickup.

I have a chainsaw it will run for a minute but then it will bog down what could be wrong?

The in-tank fuel filter may be clogged. The saw runs for a minute emptying out the fuel bowl in the
carburetor, and what little fuel makes it thru the filter, but when the flow is too low to support running,
the saw stalls. This also could be caused by a clogged fuel line.

My 455 rancher bogs down when i give it gas it's not even under a load new plug air filter, fuel filter, made carb adjustments like manual said running 93 octane gas.it,s still bogging

Make sure the chain break is releasing all the way. When the saw is not running release the chain break and make sure you can move the chain back and forth by hand. If you can there is a small fuel filter in the gas tank that should be replaced. Make sure the fuel lines are not spongy because they could collasp when the engine is running starving the carburetor for fuel.

MY 445 BOGS DOWN AFTER 10 MIN OF RUNNING

Make sure the bar/chain is not being run dry of oil. Make sure that you are using 50:1 fuel/oil with fresh fuel and modern synthetic saw oil, not boat motor oil. Shake the fuel can vigorously just before filling the tank each time. If loosening the fuel cap for a moment when the saw bogs down restores power, look for a plugged fuel vent. Check the air cleaner and muffler for plugging. Hope this helps!

There are two idle screws one high, and one low. Your high adjustment idle screw needs to be adjusted.
