Question about Xerox DocuPrint XJ6C InkJet Printer
Hello, I got my XJ6C from a friend. I've changed all cartridges to new ones. The printer tries to take the paper to start printing, but apparently doesn't succeed in it (I hear the typical sound of trying to catch the paper). In the Maintenance-tab I read: "check the printer head latch", but that is closed, thus OK. I don't understand why I don't get any prints out of it. Anyone can help, please? Thank you very much! Philippe
Hi, Just open the door where you can see the latch just clean it and reload the drivers on the pc zooooooooooom, your print starts priting and the drivers you can get at www.xerox.com
