Question about Samsung Tocco F480 - Pay Monthly Cellular Phone
I have this problem on Telstra when I restart the F480T.
To fix in Australia on Telstra:
- Settings->Text messages
- Text message centre settings
- Edit Text message centre 1
- Centre address = +6141706700
You can get the centre address from anybody on the same network as you.
