Pluged up battery fully charged but wont come on
Remove main battery, power up! no change, remove one stick of ram and power on, if same problem! remove second stick of ram and replace the first one back in, any change? if no! I recommend a professional at this time to assess possible motherboard issues.

You ordered the wrong battery, theres two types, your original would have been 11.1v if you check the new one it will be 14.8v. They are not compatable.

Hi there as per your information there is a chance of battery damaged. So i suggest you use your battery in others laotop for confirmation. If your found the same problem then buy a new battery . Thanks & waiting for your feedback.

Remove ur battery & clean it with water and put it in to ur laptop then press 5 minutes ur power button
Then ur laptop get started .
Note : Wash ur battery with clean water .
