My Bosch WFF 2000 washing machine won't emp...

I have a 2.5 year old reconditioned Bosch WFF 2000 washing machine which works very well apart from the fact that it won't empty dirty water out. I assume that the outlet filters are blocked. However I can't see any way to access or clean this filter. Can you please help.
